In order to create a future pool of business leaders, we identify talents most suited to the program from preeminent institutions across the country. The Young Leaders are provided with periodic leadership inputs and an accelerated career track, mentored to be the future leaders of the organization

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors/ Masters in Business/ Economics/ Engineering/ IT/ Mathematics.
• Combination (e.g. B.Sc + MBA) preferred. Students in final semester/year i.e. pending result can also apply.
