- Crazy Recharge offer is applicable for all Robi prepaid customers. (Except Uddokta, PCO and Easyload).
- Recharge count will start after 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
- Subscribers will be eligible to participate in 10 minute blocks for 14 hours from 08:00:00 hours to 21:59 hours of every day. Each campaign hour will consist of six 10 minutes blocks.
- Anyone who recharges TK. 34 will be notified about his/her position and time of recharge from 7777. However, only the first 12 participants in each 10 minutes slot will be eligible for winner and will be rewarded one handset each.
- This offer is NOT applicable for the balance transfer.
- The winning customer will be notified from 7777 with his recharge time and position through SMS and will be notified by a call from 1212 in maximum of two days and customer details (Mobile number, customer’s name, and location, date of birth, preferred WIC and time for handset collection) will be taken.
- If the customer cannot be reached, then call will be made 2 times from 1212 followed by a SMS notification within 7 days after winning of the Handset. However, no reward will be given if customer fails to contact within this timeline. So, customer needs to keep his/her mobile phone switched on till 7 days of getting SMS.
- The customers can participate in the campaign through easy load and MFS recharge.
- The winning customer can collect the Handset from his/her nearest WIC and need to bring NID or any valid photo ID (passport, driving license, Birth certificate), recent passport size color photograph, SIM registration form (if have any) and the physical SIM to collect the Handset.
- During the campaign duration only the First TK.34 recharge/DAY made by a subscriber will be considered for the competition.
- A customer has the option of participating in subsequent days of the campaign by recharging Tk. 34.
- The reward Handset will be basic Symphony BL 65 (MRP BDT 1099).
- This offer will continue till further notice.
