Grameenphone Minute Back On Call Drop

Grameenphone introduces “Call back on Call drop”. From October 1, 2014 all GP Pre-Paid and Post-Paid customers will get 60 second equivalent call reimbursements on every call drop.

  • All GP Pre-Paid (Except ERS Customers) will get 1 minute (60 Seconds) equivalent call reimbursements on every call drop
  • Only Caller Party will get the reimbursement for GP-GP Network Call Drop
  • Customer will be able to enjoy the reimbursed talktime only on GP-GP calls day night anytime
  • Validity of the talk time will be limited to the date of bonus disbursement
  • Reimbursement will be done within an hour of call drop. Customer will get notified through SMS
  • In terms of free minutes, bonus taka, bundles minutes; Call drop bonus minutes will be consumed first. In call continuation, product tariff and pulse will be applied from the main account after consuption of call ferot bonus
  • Customer can enjoy maximum 5 minutes (300 Seconds) equivalent call reimbursements per day
  • Customer will be able to check balance by dialing *566*21#
  • For post-paid reimbursement will be done in the next bill-cycle as 1taka for every call drop
  • All other tariff, Services, Pulse will remain unchanged
  • 15% VAT will be applicable on all charges
