- This bundle offer is applicable for all Postpaid subscribers.
- Subscribers can purchase bundle of BDT499 & BDT999 by sending SMS P499 and P999 to 8555 respectively.
- Subscribers will get SMS notification (both for successful & unsuccessful purchase)
- Also subscriber can purchase bundle by visiting Robi Sheba (Customer Care).
- To purchase bundles, subscribers need to have enough balance (credit limit/advance payment/security deposit etc.) in their account.
- Subscriber can purchase bundle as many times as they wish.
- Subscribers can check balance by sending SMS Q499 and Q999 to 8555 (free of charge). Also, data balance can be checked by dialing *8444*88#
- Package wise pulse is applicable for the bundle amounts.
- After consumption/expiry of the bundle minutes and data, package wise tariff and pulse is applicable.
- At the end of expiry of bundle, unused bundle minutes will be forfeited. But DATA will be carry-forwarded as per BTRC policy.
- Bundle amount will be reflected in monthly bills.
- Prorate charging is applicable [if any]
- Bundle minutes can’t be used for short code and IDD calls. Also cannot be transferred through balance transfer.
- Bundle validity 30 days & usage time band: 24hrs.
- Bundles will not be auto-renewed.
- Supplementary Duty + VAT are applicable for all charges.
