- All Grameenphone Prepaid & Consumer Postpaid customers are eligible for Smartphone offer (except ERS and Skitto SIM)
- Smartphone Winner selection time period: Recharge will be considered only between 10AM – 10PM.
- Winner: First recharge MSISDN (first arrival basis) in every 1 minute on exact BDT 209 recharge amount.
- Winner MSISDN will be unique. One MSISDN can be win single time during this campaign. That means if one customer/MSISDN wins one handset he/she will not be eligible for second time during this campaign period
- Higher activation date will get priority in case of multiple MSISDNs reported in same second.
- During the campaign period, In every 1 minute first arrival basis total 7200 customers (60 winner per hour and 720 winner per day) will be rewarded with Handset (Model: Maximus D7, MRP 3499 Taka)
- The Handset winners will get notified through SMS within 4 working days
- Balance transfer/private recharge is not applicable to participate in the campaign
- Every winner must have active connection/s until winners’ declaration & prizes distribution.
- GP’s decision will be final in case of any confliction (such as: winner declaration / prize distribution).
- Winner need to bring his/her winning MSISDN while collecting gifts.
- Maximum 2 SMS will be given to the winners to collect their gifts/ smartphones.
- If any winner does not collect smartphones within the given timeline, then he/she will not be considered/ eligible for the offered Smartphone. Delivery timeline will be notified by GP.

- All Grameenphone Prepaid & Consumer Postpaid customers (excluding ERS,Skitto, BPO, MyPlan & Prepaid to postpaid migrated customer) are eligible for this offer
- To get the offer, customer needs to recharge exact the respective amount (BDT 209)
- During the offer period, this special call rate (24 hours 1 poisha/second to any local number) is applicable on regular package tariff, Super FnF, FnF, community tariff
- "Any local number" denotes domestic network calls only (GP-GP, GP-Other Mobile Operators, GP-PSTN & GP-IPTSP) excluding any short code calls
- This special call rate is not applicable on purchased minutes, bonus minutes, bonus amount and emergency balance. Purchased minutes, bonus minutes, bonus amount and emergency balance will be used first and then this special call rate will be applied
- On multiple recharges, higher validity will be applied
- If customer takes any other 1 poisha offer, higher validity will be applied. After the special call rate validity period, customer will return to the previous offer/package
- The special tariff will have validity as per the above table including the day of recharge. To know offer validity, dial *121*1*2# (Prepaid) & *121*4601# (Postpaid). To stop the offer, dial *121*1003*1#
- For Postpaid customers, special call rate will not be applicable if they activates commitment plan after activating above special tariff offer
- In case of Due Date Bar (Consumer Postpaid), special call rate offer will be activated if customer recharges specific amount, but customer will not be allowed to get benefit until number is unbarred

- 10% Supplementary Duty (SD) + 15 % VAT inclusive of SD will be applicable for all charges + 1% surcharge on base tariff
