2. You got a confirmation SMS but they do not call or sms you to collect it then Send a sms to get it.Type M and send to 5967.You will receive sms written from where to collect handset.
3. After sending sms to 5967 if you do not get reply sms
Then call to 121 for customer manager and ask them about your handset
