Service Highlights:
- All Banglalink Prepaid and Call & Control (C&C) customers can transfer balance to other Banglalink Prepaid and C&C customers
- New subscribers will only be able to use the balance transfer service after one month of their activation (first call date)
- You need to register first to enjoy the balance transfer service
To register, you need to dial *1000# USSD code and follow the instructions:
- Request for generating a PIN
- You will receive a PIN number in reply (by pop up / flash)
- Save the given PIN number
- You will require this PIN number to transfer balance every time onwards

Dial *1000# ⇒ Balance Transfer ⇒ Generate PIN ⇒ New PIN ⇒ (Pop Up Message) “You have successfully set your PIN”
Dial *1000# ⇒ Balance Transfer ⇒ Enter your PIN ⇒ Enter the number ⇒ Amount
Dial *1000# ⇒ Change PIN ⇒ Enter Current PIN ⇒ New PIN (Pop Up Message)
- Minimum Tk.10 and maximum Tk.100 can be transferred in a single transaction (Without any fraction amount)
- Maximum Tk.500 in a day and Tk.1000 in a month can be transferred
- Amount should be a round figure and should be typed numerically only without any alphabets (e.g. 50). No fraction will be allowed
- You need to register for the service by dialing *1000# USSD code
- Daily limit would be lapsed every night at 12:00AM
- You will not be able to transfer balance if you have emergency balance due
- For successful balance transfer, both parties (senders & receivers) should be eligible for this service
- Both senders & receivers will not be able to transfer balance within the next 30 mins.
- To reset your PIN, put your last 4 digits of NID number for verification
